Mr. Dave’s teaching & instructing career has included private tutoring in math and science, 30 years of martial arts instruction, 25 years as a high school teacher, and 11 years instructing an epic outdoor skills program.

Now, he is turning his attention to focus on helping communities come together around outdoor / survival skills and deepening their preparedness to face the challenges of a changing world.

He continues to teach outdoor and survival skills, regular martial arts classes, and various unique academic presentations. He always looks forward to opportunities to guide hiking, camping, and canoeing trips. He has a special heart for enriching the experiences of homeschooling communities through his unique skill set, and for building family connections and epic memories!
