Intro to the JO Staff  (JO10)

This 8-lesson course will provide you with an introduction to the Japanese Jo Staff. Get a good warmup and stretch with each class, and begin your journey into the subtleties of a simple, yet elegant, martial arts weapon. Lots of partner excercises and drills, along with sparring practice!

We have all the staffs – just come prepared to get a solid workout, some new skills, and tremendous enjoyment of an ancient art. As usual, JO10 is taught in an outdoor environment, rain or shine!
