This 8-lesson course will provide you with an introduction to Filipino Stickfighting. Get a good warmup and stretch with each class, and Challenge your brain with this first step toward dual-wielding weapons! Lots of partner excercises and drills you can practice at home. 

We have all the sticks – just come prepared to get a solid workout, some new skills, and tremendous enjoyment of an ancient art. As usual, FS10 is taught in an outdoor environment, rain or shine!
