Intro to Filipino Stickfighting  (FS10)

This 8-lesson course will provide you with an introduction to Filipino Stickfighting. Get a good warmup and stretch with each class, and Challenge your brain with this first step toward dual-wielding weapons! Lots of partner excercises and drills you can practice at home. 

We have all the sticks – just come prepared to get a solid workout, some new skills, and tremendous enjoyment of an ancient art.

INTERMEDIATE Filipino Stickfighting  (FS20)

$260-290 per participant

Now that you can wield your sticks in both hands without hitting yourself in the head, it’s time to progress to more complicated drills and combinations. Building on the 14-zone striking system from FS10, we’ll explore more stick techniques, disarms, and open-hand variations to move your martial arts journey forward.

As with FS10, we have all the sticks (though after FS10 you’ve probably made your own by now!) – just come prepared to get a solid workout, some brand new skills, and tremendous enjoyment of an ancient art.
