This 8-lesson course will provide you with a solid foundation in the art and science of swordfighting. Specializing in Katana and German Longsword styles, the instructor has over 15 years experience teaching this unique skill. 

Unarmed Defense Level 1   ( UD10 )

Gain confidence and competence as you learn a variety of techniques for protecting yourself in different situations. Awareness training, grab releases, breakfalls, basic kicking and striking, basic elements of groundfighting, and more!

Once you’ve completed SW10, you’re probably already hooked on the feeling of swordfighting. We don’t blame you! This is a skill that takes a lifetime to master, so keep on going with the next level!
