Unarmed defense Level 1 (UD10)

This 8-lesson course will provide you with an introduction to situational awareness and practical self-defense in multiple situations. The course can be customized for adults, youth, kids, male-only, female-only, and even family groups.

Bringing in techniques from several martial arts for various situations, this course actually serves as an introduction to many different disciplines that you can pursue in the future!

$260-290 per participant

Prerequisite: UD10

This 8-lesson course will continue your journey into self-defense principles and techniques. Review what you learned in UD10, and add new elements from striking, kicking, groundfighting, and more.

We continue to explore skills from a variety of martial arts backgrounds! As with UD10, the course can be customized for adults, youth, kids, male-only, female-only, and even family groups.
